MR2 SW20 Gauge Digital Cluster with 7 LCD Touch Screen Hand made

This is my first prototype MR2 gauge cluster build with 7 LCD touch screen, it had 4 extra holes for 52 mm gauges (Analog Gauges not included). This kit only works in 3SGTE engines in conjunction with Apexi Power FC engine management and the data will be supply by FC Datalogit or hakko interfaces.

I use the stock gauge cluster from the Toyota MR2 1991 and cut all the stock gauges, it has real thin layer carbon fiber sheet and other plastics inside to hold the touch screen and gauges. This Screen will start up with the ignition switch ON and will automatic shut down after ignition switch OFF, it will come with extra switch in case you want shut down manually. This unit will no be affected or shut down if the engine stalls while driving.

It comes with a USB car switch to power the LCD and the minicomputer. Modify MR2 gauge cluster with installed 7 LCD touch screen, minicomputer, USB car switch, HDMI cable and Power cable and kill switch. 4 led bulbs: 2 turn signals, 1 check engine light, and one extra for anything you want (in my case water injection) and Instructions with support. Analog gauges are not Included (Oil Pressure, fuel pressure, wideband and fuel level are not included on this sale). This is handmade build, expect some imperfections, not big deal. It comes with 4 different screen displays, it will change when you touch the screen. First screen setup in Black Gauges. RPM gauge up to 9,000 rpm with shift light warning inside.

(RPM display some lag in high revs). Air temperature Gauge 20 Celsius to 65 Celsius; include a yellow ring warning at more than 55 Celsius. Water temperature Gauge 20 Celsius to 110 Celsius, Include a yellow warning start at more than 95 Celsius. Boost Gauge boost up to 2.0 bar kg/cm2 (No PSI reading). Digital Speed gauge (Not very accurate if you dont have the stock tires).

Second screen setup in white Gauges. RPM gauge up to 9,000 rpm with shift light warning inside (RPM display some lag in high revs).

Third screen setup in black Gauges. Digital Boost Gauge kg/cm2 (No PSI reading). Digital O2 gauge (Oxygen sensor volts). Fourth screen setup in white Gauges.

The pictures cannot fully reflect the beauty of this piece. These LCD cluster look even more beautiful in real life, the camera cant take the pictures very well for the brightness of the LCD screen. RPM display some lag, my engine goes up to 8,000 rpm. I notice some little lag in first and second gear from 7,000 to 8,000 if you plan to Drag you car may need some type of shift light, these cluster really looks amazing, looks like a modern car inside.

HDMI and Power cable are attached of the cluster with hot silicone glue. In case your 52mm gauges are too tight to get in you can sand the holes but with extra care. (Size will may differed in some different brands of gauges).

This dash will not work while youre tuning your car with the laptop. I still have it installed in my cars.
